Drums

Jonathan Lombana started to play drums at the age of 9 when inspired by the drummers of his home church in Venezuela.
He also studied Latin percussion and learned to play instruments like Congas, bongos and Timbales.
Jonathan kept learning on his own until he went to the Nexus Music Academy in England in 2007 where he did the one-year drum course. There he learned a lot about drums and improved in many different aspects like technique, reading, independence and styles. He stayed at Nexus for a 2nd year where he developed teaching skills and continued to grow as a musician. He had live band playing and recording experience.
